POWERTWIN is a Digital Twin ecosystem Project enabled by cyber-physical turn-key retrofitting green and smart scalable actions for building communities by managing smart system to monitor, control and to optimize the sustainability Level(s) and other nZEB energy performance indicators of building(s) integrated, during the full lifecycle.
POWERTWIN will integrate to POWERBIM platform, which is a BIM based Cloud SaaS platform that integrates multiple sources of data coming from smart physical devices like IoT sensors, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in order to operate building facilities and their assets in remote.
The BIM models will be created also to create specific simulations for energy modelling dynamic simulations, HVAC systems simulations and other systems in buildings and smart-grid energy transfer simulations among others, all them oriented to obtain an ideal state of and efficient and sustainable project, in order to compare with real state monitored data and to obtain the result of performance from the indicators resulting of that comparison.
POWERTWIN will provide predictive analytics results for the buildings, infrastructures, indicators using machine learning algorithms and deploying an artificial intelligence solution that will provide recommendations of actions to be implemented by project stakeholders.
